Map of Asteris

I poured my soul into creating this map. Not really, but I did put a lot of work into it.

I found a website that generated a random land mass and this one popped up. I instantly knew it was the one for me. From there I knew that I would separate the fae lands (Ellatiel) from the human lands (Ksara) with borderlands (Land of Cauladra) in between.

From there, I used Canva to help create a very rough draft of cities and forests. I then used Inkarnate to add in the trees, mountains, sand dunes, and basically all of the fine details.

The last bit of information I will add is a lot of the naming for places within the Realm of Asteris are almost literal translations. Ex. Kingdom of Imber is Kingdom of Light, Oblitus Insulae is Forgotten Island. Some names are completely random and just sounded cool!
